By accessing or using EditText AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

EditText AI provides software for AI-assisted image text editing, AI image creation, and AI video generation, including source media uploads, prompt input, model selection, credit-based generation, billing, downloads, and account management. Image text edits produce revised image files rather than editable design layers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload images, logos, people, products, documents, or brand materials you do not have the right to use.
• Alter official records, identification, certificates, receipts, evidence, or other sensitive material for deceptive or unlawful purposes.
• Create impersonation, fraud, misinformation, abuse, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with service integrity or use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

Payment, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features are billed for the selected plan or credit pack. Credits may be consumed when a generation task is submitted. Failed jobs may be refunded according to the product logic and provider result. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under the applicable checkout and consumer rules.

AI Results

AI image results are probabilistic. Fonts, letters, numbers, perspective, colors, and surrounding details may not be reproduced perfectly. You must review every result before publication or commercial use. We do not guarantee that an edit will be accurate, undetectable, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by another platform.

User Content and Rights

You retain responsibility for your prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process source materials and use the results. Do not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial, identity, or evidentiary documents.

Intellectual Property

The service, its original interface, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party model and company names remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse, fraud risk, or legal requirements. You may close your account through available account controls.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and additional notice will be provided when required.
